On boards and advisory boards I bring an understanding of how AI changes tasks, roles and skills, and what that means for strategy, governance and organisation. I add experience from financial services, from advising government and from building my own companies.
What I bring
AI and workforce transformation
How organisations introduce AI without losing their people. Drawn from daily practice at ISA, GAT and ATLASS.
Financial services and regulation
Around ten years of association work with policymakers, banks and regulators. Experience as a board member of a bank.
Digital sovereignty and policy
Member of the Digital Transformation Advisory Board for the Swiss Federal Council since 2017, advising Federal Councillors, in particular from the EAER and DETEC, on digital transformation.
Building and scaling
Serial founder, from my first company at 19 to ventures in AI, applied technology and education since 2023.
Law
Trained lawyer, studied in Würzburg, Helsinki and Oxford.

Advisory
